that's great that she is feeling so great and doesn't surprise me. Most dogs, especially young ones recover very quickly. However, don't let her be too active too soon. My girl, Lacy, felt good about two-three days after her spay too and was active and her internal stitches tore. She had to be reopened and restitched. So try to keep her still for the most part for at least a few more days so she can heal well.
