My dog is 14 years old and went blind about a year ago. She has still been well physically until about a week ago. She is stumbling around and limping, yelps like I have never heard before most of the time when I have to pick her up to go outside, barely will eat or drink water, and just sits in the same spot most days. I think the cause of it is pain from bad arthritis caused by the cold weather and years of walking on a hardwood floor. I was hoping someone knew of some kind of pain medication that I could pick up at a PetsMart that could help her to feel better. If you know of something like that or anything that could help, please let me know.
