 I think it is a callous?
I think Layla has a few callouses on her pads- the main one seems to be lifting up off of her pad- it is looks like it has cracked on the one side- and it is harder than the rest of her pad- it almost reminds me of a scab that could just lift off (although i know it can't and won't as it is attached to her) The others ones look like they are just at the beginning phase. They dont' seem to hurt her- i sure poke and prodded at them today! I am just not sure what to do with the main one where it has cracked- i'm worried it will get caught on something and tear- are callouses common?
