I don't know of any set definition for Teddy bear or baby doll. I know sometimes I just "think" teddy bear when I see a face. I guess it is about the ear size and set. Also bigger, round eyes and a shorter muzzle. I always sort of thought of Zoeybear as a teddy bear face. I love all the faces.
