Did something happen to his mom that he is no longer with her?
I have no experience with a newborn puppy that doesn't even have teeth yet. The youngest puppy that I have ever owner was our Lab who was 8 weeks, was weened and had teeth. Have you taken him to the vet yet? If not I would make sure he goes first thing tomorrow to be fully checked out. Also, since he is so tiny I would think that someone in the breeders section would be able to answer your questions regarding who to feed such a young puppy for the time being.
