A warm, wet washcloth may help to loosen the goo. Just lay it on there for a minute before gently wiping. I love baby washcloths because they are so much softer than regular ones. Vet Opthomologists are hard to find. I have to drive 2 hours each way to see one. Have they tested her for Dry eye?
