I really think this place is a puppy mill too... There are a lot of stores that say that they "rescue" but really they are just taking their dogs that they can't use anymore and selling them cheap. PA is a huge mill state... in fact one of my dogs was bred from Lancaster and he was from an amish puppy mill. Just do your research on this place, get reviews online, and be careful. Ask a lot of questions.
