I think once you start adding in treats, she'll get it very quickly. I know it took Chip 2 weeks once we were consistent and added treats. So he wouldn't wander off, I would block the pad to where he couldn't leave and had no choice but to pee and make mama happy :-) I think what you are doing is good though ;-)
