I think it's good that you've done your research and know of what health problems could arise. As with any breed there is always something that could pop up but in most cases don't. My Roxie is almost 2 and although she was sick with some respitory illness in the beginning she's been healthy as a horse since. I'm so glad I have her and the experience of having her is so hard to describe for me. The amount of love and joy these little dogs is unbelievable to me. Sometimes when we're playing and snuggling I can't believe how strong of a bond I have with her. I've had other dogs that I loved dearly but this is indescribable. I think you should just relax and enjoy the ride of owning a Yorkie puppy.
