Do you give him some kind of super awesomely delicious treat immediately after he pees/poos outside (don't wait till you get back inside!), something reserved especially just for that extra special deed? We've been using peanut butter baking chips lately at the advice of another YT member, which have been working really well for us. I know they're not the healthiest thing in the world, but peeing inside just isn't healthy for any of us owners' sanities either! :-)
