thats a zoom zoom face .. they always look like there smiles it just draws you in .. Piglet has a baby doll face too .. i always feel a high tight ear set small muzzle huge eyes and round forhead makes it .. now if i can get la la to hold still i will take a pic of a teddy bear face hmm that would be a good link is your yorkie a teddy bear of a baby doll and post pics ;o))
