I think that one of the reason's we're having so many foreclosures... people spending more than they should.... spending beyond their means if you will.... Probably a lot of people going out on their boats so they can't be towed away or so they can runaway!
Maybe sink the boat collect the insurance or something like the guy trying to fake a plane crash.
