I wanted to edit my post to add that the vet just told me Ellie's teeth look fantastic for being cleaned 16 months ago. For having had severe periodontal disease and osteomyelitis, eating the dreaded
soft textured food and chewing no bones whatsoever, they look really good. We brush daily, floss at least weekly and use OraVet weekly.
