Thanks for accepting my apology, it means a lot to me today. Thank you for enclosing the thread, I now recall reading that. It is amazing that some people really think that there words are more powerful than one’s own eyes! I have a similar situation that I will have to deal with, later today in fact. People that behave this way can be difficult to deal with, and if one wants to keep things positive, concessions must be made.
