I just discovered that my 8 month old puppy is in heat. Her name is Sadie, she's about 3 1/2 lbs... I have another Yorkie named Bentley he is a 2 yr old male and no he is not neutered. I wanted to have a litter of puppies eventually but she is still too young. What do I do to make her more comfortable, and how do I keep her from getting pregnant right now? Bentley does not seem very interested in her right now, but I know that he will be.
