My Chip came to us at 7 weeks and he couldn't chew hard food. Long story short, he came from a mill and they insisted he ate dry food, but it was obvious he couldn't and he ended up almost dying from hypoglycemia. I gave him some wet food for a couple weeks and then slowly started mixing dry in with it and he's fine with his dry food. You could also try softening her dry food with water.
She may not have been the one you picked out, but maybe this little one is meant to be yours. You will end up loving her... she really is precious... she looks exactly like Chip did when he was a baby.
