the chances of an allergic reaction are pretty low, I can't think of anything else you should be concerned about, well maybe where to eat lunch after?
She will be due for Rabies vaccination and that one does sting a little. You can take along one of her favorite treats to hold her attention for 30 seconds or so immediately after the shot.
Don't tell her where you are going....there's no need for her to worry too.
