I have two girls, the older one never did this and the younger one did it from the time she came home. The younger one was kept with her litter in a pack and play and the only thing I can think of is that the mother ate poop to keep the small area clean. It is strange that she only eats the other one's poop and not her own. They eat the same food now but as a pup she ate puppy food and the older one ate adult food. I guess it's better she doesn't eat her own too. Then I'd be twice as grossed out. Unfortunately, the older one can't have any of the food additives because she has a verrrrrrrry sensitive tummy that it took me years to get under control, I can't take a chance on an episode. She doesn't like pineapple so she won't eat anything with it in there. |
