Hi! Welcome and congratulations!! I feed Oliver and Brooklyn, 2x day. they both weigh about 8lbs. and they eat a total of 1/2 cup per day of Wellness. they get 1/4 cup in the am and 1/4 cup in the mid to late afternoon. It works for me and they have been that weight for a while. Oliver is 2 and Brooklyn just turned 1. Hope that helps some..
