I'm not sure if this will help or not but Chloe Primrose had very dry skin but I really didn't notice flaking. I asked my Vet about it and he sold me AllerG3. Sounds like something for allergies to me which she doesn't have but I use it on her food and it did cure it. She was itching and scratching a lot. Maybe you could check with your Vet to see if this would help. Good luck.
