Tyke had this problem. I used the distilled water and it helped but didn't go away all together. Then like your vet, mine also told me that all that hair in their eyes can cause it. I keep his hair trimmed and with the water it seems to help. It is getting better, but i was told on here sometimes they outgrow it. He's 8 monthes old now, so that may be why is getting better or because of these 2 things i'm doing.

but he still does it some
