They could also be tiny rice like segments, kind of what they resemble.
Does the vet say she's eating sesame seeds or something? I'd take a stool sample in and have it tested.
I've never seen them in her poop. My cat gives them off, she did it before and the vet said they're tapeworm eggs. She was treated, and now she has them again.
They get tapeworms from eating fleas. YUCK. I blame it on my cat who goes outside, even though they are all treated monthly.
