UTIs can be painful and uncomfortable but waiting a day isn't a problem. If it is something else, I wouldn't be too happy about waiting. Personally I would wait unless I could tell that she really wasn't feeling well or couldn't go when she tries. If she were mine, I also wouldn't leave her alone with blood in her urine until she saw the vet though.
