 On prey diet, hasn't eaten much for 2 days
I know that on the prey diet the dogs will "cleanse" their systems with not eating for a day, but how long does it last? Isla hasn't eaten for two days (except for a quarter size of cxn liver today, the same size tripe yesterday, and a couple bite sizes of boneless/skinless pork yesterday). I know it's something, but it doesn't seem like enough to sustain her.
Also, since everyone is concerned with Yorkie's blood sugar dropping easily, I was wondering if that would be a concern or if that doesn't happen on the prey diet.
I've tried to feed her rmb yesterday and today and she just licks at it. Then she wants in the house. Any thoughts? |
