I just picked her up two days ago. Last week when I picked her out, I requested that the breeder weigh her for me because I wanted to see where she fell on the chart. She was a little over 1 lb loz. She also had more of a teddy bear face (shorter snout) and I could swear her eyes were larger. My husband agrees with me. When I went to pick her up, they had her in the kitchen with her ears pinned up with white tape. Not seeing her with her siblings and then there was the tape. She had my collar on. I just trusted her. I had a gut feeling something wasn't right but it wasn't confirmed until the vet weighed her the next day. I called the breeder and she says it was just the food. She says she just was a pig for 6 days. Is it possible to even gain that much weight, basically almost double in size in 6 days? I just don't know but I have this knot in my stomach. I feel like she gave my baby to someone else. |
