a broker is the "middle man" so to speak. i believe he's the one who buys dogs from the breeders then turns around and sells them for a higher price
i got coco from a exceptable breeder, now that i think of it, it was his first litter, and he took all the percautions (vet check,took good care of the mom, clean home, etc). he did a good job for his first litter.
