I would give mom a pup just to shut her up but I woujld pick the ones I wanted first. But, as far as to "is she entitled" NO!!!!!!!!! Especially if your dog was at her house when the "accidental" breeding took place. She was very careless to allow it and it might not have been an accident at all. Just my two cents.
