I use Prozyme probiotic powder, I put 1/3 of a 1/4 teaspoon on their breakfast food (1/3 cup). The instructions call for 1/4 teaspoon for 1 cup of food. It is easy & I just mix it up in the food. The girls really benefit from it.
I haven't given them yogurt, so I don't know about that.
