You need to give a minimum of TWO of the combo vaccines, with the last one being AFTER 16 weeks of age for maximum protection.

So...since you started her at 6.5 weeks and then 9 weeks and 13 weeks, one more at 16 weeks should be all that is necessary...not two more. She was really vaccinated for the first time too young. Vaccination at 6 weeks can actually suppress the immune system. Vaccines should never be started before 8 weeks of age. Maternal antibodies in the puppies won't allow the vaccines to give any protection until 8-12 weeks of age. Most give a series of 3 vaccines to a puppy, ending at 16 weeks of age. But if you start the vaccines later, 2 vaccines should be enough protection.

I don't recommend giving rabies with any other vaccine either. I would wait at LEAST 2-3 weeks after your last combo before giving the rabies vaccine....and if you are able to, I would try to wait until she's 6 months of age as well. If you need her vaccinated with Rabies by June, I would probably wait and do it in May personally. Toy breeds are just so small and I really think it is safer to wait until they are larger and older to give the Rabies vaccination....most puppies do fine regardless, but I always recommend being more cautious and waiting until they are a little older if you can.
