First, you might try throwing her a piece of food at a time. Make a game out of it. Mine loved this and still does on occassion.

My Zekie is now 8 mo. old and just getting so he doesn't mind being groomed. I have really had to fight with him, and he definitely looks for that treat when I am done with him. I think it just takes time, more time with some than with others. He still hates the look of sissors. I am sure he would really freek if I came near him with clippers.
