If you are planning to breed, than that won't do, But he he/she will just be a pet. Then no tan under the tail isn't a big deal. Even the overbite isn't bad if its very slight. An overbite/underbite can cause major problems (not being able to eat) but if its slight and you love him/her then what the heck.. I don't think $850 is a lot to pay for a yorkie.
But this is just my opinion!
