She couldn't get pregnant naturally...so that is why she did start the IVF.
I agree on not having more than you personally can afford. I would love five but the reality is I can afford three in this economic climate and that is what I can give the correct amount of attention to. So that is what I had.
If she wants a large family then she should have finished school to be able to support them and then have them so it's not a burden on the rest of the world.
