When Molly was peeing in her bed my vet said that it could be a hormonal issue, I believe. He told me if she didn't outgrow it by 12 months that I might want to have her checked. I don't think it was a major problem, but she stopped before 12 months so I didn't have her checked.

You might want to check in with your vet to see.
