Not sure how you take it off, if you have a spyware program, you could run that and eliminate all spyware. Sometimes these things come when we inadvertently check a box when we are updating something. I would google "shoppingads" if a spyware program didn't get rid of it. It seems like it's connected to E-bay, do you use e-bay?
