Just read your question about the clippers as a retired hairdresser can tell you from experience to keep a can of wd40 handy when using clippers. Even on people they tend to clog up at the blade and will cause choppy cuts. Just spray the blades while running and then wipe clean. If they get where they won't cut try pinching the blades together while running. If that doesnt work just take the blades off seperate the two and remove the hair. Oil and put back together. Hope this helps
