Sometimes puppies see hands grabbing at them for whatever reason ....
as something to be afraid of
Try this instead of reaching for him try and train him to come
to a palm put down on the floor
I do this with my pups
because I know from experience they sometimes learn to run away from aan outstretched hand
and it's always better to have them come to you
use the palm to the floor for now for everything that is good
come to eat
come get a treat
and come to go outside
soon he'll associate the hand with all things good and come to you when you call
