Okay, I'm saying this as an ONLY CHILD myself. It was incredibly lonely and on top of that I moved every 2-3 years because of my dad being in the Army. I was also VERY shy and by the time I made some good friends, I'd have to leave again. I'm certainly not going to have 14 kids! |
Having tons of kids in no way makes up for a families dysfunctional issues. My family had it's issues (mom's an alcoholic in denial) and there is no way in hell I would have a ton of children. You have what you can afford and try to rectify the issues you faced as a child. She might not repeat the issues in her household but she sure is making a whole lot of new ones for these kids.
