Are you saying that you only feed her rotisserie chicken breast or beef? As for the blood in the throw up foam is it a yellow color? It could be bile from her stomach being empty. If she hasn't eaten in almost 2 days then of course she wouldn't have anything to actually throw up and what is left in her stomach is the yellow bile. If there is just a little bit of blood in the bile that
could be cause from the force of throwing up. You do need to get her to the vet to be seen. Maybe you could explain your money situation and they will bill you. I went to the vet in the past and forgot my checkbook and they just sent me a bill in the mail.
It really is not a good idea to feed only meat to your yorkie. They need other nutrients as well. You need to consider giving her dog food and not people food. It is much more healthy for them.
