Throwing up blood is very serious. You need to take her to a vet. Roast beef and rotisserie chicken are not good choices, the roast beef is too high in fat, and salt, and you don't ever want to give her the skin from chicken as this can cause major tummy upsets, and pancreatitis. What you are essentially feeding is table scrapes. You need to find a balanced dog food; even the poorest brand is healthier than what you are giving her. Joey was a fussy eater too, and I know how hard it is when you feel like you are starving them, but giving them human food just makes them fussier. If you want to give them human food, you need a recipe for a complete and balanced diet, and this means added supplementation. Most people who do this, go to a canine nutritionist for advice, you can't make up your own diet. I know Pet Smart will allow you to buy a bag of food, and will take the bag back, if your dog doesn't like it, if you have the receipt. You might want to try different brands, until you find one that she'll eat, but no table scrapes and even Nutri-cal can dull the appetite if you overuse it. I think, at first, hand feeding them the dog food every couple of hours, sometimes can make them more interested. Also sprinkling a little Parmesan cheese on the food helps, they go nuts for the smell.

Please call your vet right away.
