When you reach down to get him is he chewing or biting because puppies chew. However when he is under neath something and you go to get him and he bites that is definitely agression. My Chachi did that one time and my Husband picked up the little couch he was under and grabbed him, flipped him over on his back, looked him in the eyes and said very sternly no biting.
