Honestly, if you go to a good groomer with a clean shop, you really don't have to worry about the flu. They're trying to scare everyone with this canine flu. We've had 3 calls already to our groom shop with just, "OMG DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS?!" If you're groomer keeps a clean shop and doesn't interact dogs with each other (as they SHOULD NOT DO) then you really have very little to worry about. With that said, any good groomer should also be sending a dog home and they even think they might be sick. One cough in our shop and a dog goes home. We don't mess with getting other babies sick.
