That kinda scares me because I just took Kayla in for what I was afraid might be collasped trachea. She makes a sort of snorting sound though instead of a cough. The vet thought it might be just allergies. Hope your baby gets better. They are so little its scarey. I just rub Kayla's throat real easy until she settles down and she seems fine. Talked to the breeder and she said I was the only one she had had call her about something like this. Will say a prayer for your baby and hope she does fine.
