Yes, that would be the best decision you could make. There is no telling what the poor girl has been through if she came from a mill. (I'm wondering though, how were you able to determine how many litter's she's had not knowing anything about her background...true the vet could tell you if she's had a litter before...but to be able to determine

If you breed without adequately preparing yourself for all that it encompasses, and that seems to be your situation here, then it could be very dangerous for your little one.
For these reasons alone, spaying her after this litter would probably be in her best interest.
