I basically lived off frozen meals when my husband was in Basic training. They are soooo good for the most part. As for the salt content, if you don't have sodium related hypertension or another sodium affected health issue and keep an I on what else you're eating...they don't have any more salt than a lot of other processed foods. My favorite is Weight Watchers chicken and bean Quesadillas. Delicious!
