This is something that she may never stop doing, I know my Johnny who is my service angel as well as my stud does it all the time. It's even worse when he knows I'm watching him or if I scold him for something, the first thing he does is sit down look up at me and stick his tongue out at me.
You can try putting your finger on her tongue and saying no when you can catch her doing it but don't hold your breath on it stopping. The worst part of it is that if they know that they can get your attention or that it bothers you they usually tend to do it more often. So my advice is to not let her know and when you get the chance to just touch her tongue like I said.
You have to remember that Yorkies are a very intelligent breed and they learn dumb things faster than they learn what we want them to.
