I think you've gotten some pretty good advise from the other posters. All I can say, is maybe having a strict cut off time for her feeding/drinking. That should limit the amout of times at night that she needs to go out. But, also like the others mentioned, she is still young...so maybe considering pee pads might help eliminate her need to go outside.
In the end, its all about patience.. and I've learned you have to have a lot with Yorkies. She'll do better in time
