Also, are you trying to get her to hold her bladder throughout the entire night? She probably isn't able to hold it for that long. Plan to wake up 1-2 times throughout the night to let her out. Set your alarm, or try attaching a little bell to her collar so you can hear when she is awake.

Also, make sure the blanket you have in her crate isn't white or any light color so she doesn't confuse it with her pee pad.
