Just read this thread Villette..how's the little baby doing? I'm sorry you had to go through that. It must be so hard for you to live next door to people who don't care much for their animals when its obvious that you really do. I would call the animal cruelty people next time the dog is left in the heat of the day without shelter or water. They deserve a stiff fine..or worse...take the dog from them! Arrrgghhhh
