Is there a reason you arent grooming her yourself? At 13wks there isnt that much hair to brush and you are getting close to being able to put a mini-topknot in. Right now all the grooming she probably requires is shaving the top 1/3 of her ears and getting her used to having between her paw-pads shaved.
If you poke around this section you will see a lot of nightmare grooming stories where their dogs get shaved down. IMO if your ultimate goal is to grow her hair out I would def. recommend you do her grooming.
