I have never heard of hairspray for dogs. Im not saying its not out there. Just never heard of it. and I dont think it would be a good idea to spray anything around the eye area. most people use a small amount of vasiline around the eye hair.It seems to work Just rub it in your fingers and then on the dogs hair. it dont take much just a little smear.
